Client-Side Calculations & Local Storage

All calculations, pricing tools, invoice/quotation generators on our website, and financial tracking features in the Finora Android application run locally on your browser or device. We do not store, harvest, or transmit your financial records, client names, transaction histories, or business entries to external servers.

Mobile Application Data & Permissions (Finora)

The Finora Android app requests minimal standard system permissions strictly necessary to deliver app functions:

• Storage / Media Permissions: Used solely to allow you to export, save, or share generated reports, invoices, and documents locally on your device.
• Internet & Network State Access: Required to serve third-party ads, check for network availability, and sync non-sensitive application settings.
• Local Database Storage: App data is stored securely on your local device (using SQLite/Room Database). It remains entirely under your control and is not uploaded to external cloud storage managed by us.

Data Retention & Account / Data Deletion

Since Finora and the ROPA website do not require mandatory user accounts or store personal financial records on central servers, we do not retain your personal data. Users can completely erase all local app data, preferences, and saved files at any time by performing a "Clear Data" or "Clear Cache" action in Android Device Settings or by uninstalling the Finora application.

Log Files & Basic Analytics

Like most standard web and mobile platforms, we use system log files and anonymized traffic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to monitor performance and improve user experience. This includes non-identifying data such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, device specifications, operating system version, time stamps, and referring pages.

2. Advertising & Third-Party SDK Disclosures

We may partner with third-party advertising services and SDKs (including Google AdSense, Google AdMob, and Facebook Audience Network) to serve advertisements within the ropa.co.tz website and the Finora mobile application.
